Aracati - Canoa Quebrada - Ceará

Aracati's fame spreads worldwide, with its internationally famous beach, Canoa Quebrada. Besides the architectural protected by IPHAN, witness of the era in which the natural harbor received Portuguese traders and other states in search of corned beef, the beauty of the dunes and cliffs makes the perfect backdrop for a day under the sun, sipping coconut water or enjoy one of the coolest nights around the state of Ceará, with restaurants of various international specialties, bars and nightclubs. We have to thank the hippies, modern main discoverers of this paradise on earth, back in the 1970s. The rafts still go and work in the fishing there, fried fish and crab in coconut milk are the gastronomic jewels. Don’t miss!!
